How we move

The Plan

How Green White Go intends to move from a public proposal to public testing, participation, lawful adoption, implementation, measurement and correction.

Green White Go has put a specific architecture and pathway on the table. The initiative does not claim to know everything, and it does not ask citizens to accept the work on faith: read it, question it, challenge it, improve it and test it.

  1. 01

    Build the case

Publish the manifesto, detailed memos, research, policy papers, costing and implementation work. State what is known, what is uncertain and what changes when evidence changes.

  2. 02

    Build the conversation

Take the initiative beyond the website through Ten63, social media, interviews, universities, professional bodies, communities, public conversations and sustained field activations.

  3. 03

    Build the coalition

Invite citizens, researchers, lawyers, teachers, health workers, entrepreneurs, public servants, students and institutions to contribute expertise, criticism, time, networks and resources.

  4. 04

    Build the instruments

Turn the 63 cells into the legislation, constitutional proposals, budgets, institutional designs, transition plans, pilots, data systems and implementation roadmaps that adoption would require.

  5. 05

    Win lawful adoption

Use existing law where possible, ordinary legislation where required and constitutional processes where required. The initiative cannot decree the destination into existence.

  6. 06

Activate sequentially while preparing in parallel

The destination is connected but is not implemented all at once. Preparation can happen across systems while activation follows lawful dependencies.

  7. 07

    Measure, publish and correct

Track promises, progress, costs, failures and revisions openly. The public Change Log is part of the philosophy.

Prepare broadly. Activate lawfully.

Implementation phases answer what reaches full activation first. Legal waves answer what can lawfully happen first. They overlap, but they are not the same thing.
